Frogs are amphibians, and of the Anura family as Toads are. A group of frogs is an army. Surprisingly, frogs cannot actually vomit; instead they expel their entire stomach and swallow it again! Males have a unique call to attract females. There are many different types of frog, but all frogs:
- Have 3 eyelids
- Can drink water through their skin
- Have a lifespan of 10-12 years.
- Go through metamorphosis
- Can freeze in winter and thaw alive
There are over 5,000 types; here are some:
- Goliath (biggest)
- Pac-man frog
- Tree Frog
